Job Listing: Product Engineer

Company Information:

Our client is an international company with global headquarters located near Columbia, Maryland, and just fifteen minutes south of Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. This facility houses the largest, most advanced R&D laboratory complex of its kind, where innovations in evaporative cooling and heat transfer technology have originated in the past, are being developed today, and will lead the industry into the future.

Responsibilities:
- Product Design including quality improvement & cost reduction
- Participate in cross-functional project/product teams
- Technical support for Marketing, Manufacturing and Field Service
- Design modification for customer requirements
- Interface with Manufacturing, Marketing and customers.
- Occasional travel to plants or jobsite's as required

Qualifications:
- BS Degree in an engineering discipline, preferably mechanical engineering
- Electronic design skills (AutoCAD, MDT, Inventor)
- 1-5 years experience in HVAC, refrigeration, product design, product manufacturing or product application preferred
- Background in heat transfer, refrigeration, or power/process industries a plus
- Excellent communication skills
