Job Listing: High-Rise Architect

-Project Architect with a minimum of 7-10+ years of experience

-Familiar with aspects of Design Development through Construction Documentation

-Extensive knowledge of preparing construction documents

-Lead and direct the team, the consultants and provide technical leadership on NYC large-scale building types through all technical stages

-Strong communicating skills, well organized, and capable of coordinating with consultants and clients

-Experience with NYC buildings/codes (high-rise) is a must
