Job Listing: Shuttler

Responsibilities: 1. Safely transport all vehicles to and from locations. 2. Assist Return Agent in maintaining smooth and safe traffic flow throughout check in area. 3. Ensures proper placement and conducts final inspection of all vehicles to ensure readiness for customer rental. 4. Communicates with all levels of employees regarding car inventory and availability. May include loading cars for customer rental using automated device. 5. Assists all customers with inquiries and concerns in a positive and friendly manner. 6. Follows Quality Assurance Standards as issued by the Company. The duties listed above are not inclusive of any other duties that may be deemed necessary as part of the business needs in relation to the Shuttler responsibilities

Required Skills

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Excellent Customer Service Ability
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills
• Able to work flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Able to maintain and project professional behaviors
• Valid Class C Drivers License with good driving history required


DESIRED REQUIREMENTS:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• One to Two Years previous Customer Service Experience
• Basic Computer Skills
