Job Listing: Marketing Communications Manager - San Ramon, CA

Tremendous opportunity to join Comcast’s largest Regional office. Marketing position focused on strategic partnership with Customer Care, Division marketing and local sales and marketing leadership.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

o Execution of national retention programs
o Development of specific retention programs for the California market
o On-going program responsibly include life-cycle management, customer loyalty, customer publishing and move-related campaigns
o Work with legal department to ensure adherence to marketing requirements
o Develop, maintain and manage all creative elements
o Responsible for maintaining metrics across all programs, i.e., customer churn, ROI, etc.
o Fulfill added-value elements negotiated by in-house media department across all mediums (TV, radio, online, etc.)

Success in this position requires excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, ability to work well with others in multiple disciplines, organizational, creative and analytical skills.

Required Skills

• B.S. or B.A. Degree in related field preferred.
• Requires minimum of 5+ years marketing experience. Ad agency experience and/or fluent in Spanish a plus!
• Excellent interpersonal skills; collaborative, proactive and self-motivated.
• Excellent written and oral skills.
• Excellent computer skills. Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent leadership and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines and pressure.
• Ability to interface with all levels of management, and to participate in execution of strategic division and departmental initiatives.
