Job Listing: Warehouse Customer Premise Equipment Analyst

Employee must be flexible and able to work as part of a team required to monitor CPE (i.e. converters, modems, phone modems) controls and conduct reporting, both internal and external.

Assist Managers and Team Leaders to coordinate and perform physical observations of CPE inventory and procedures, reconciling applicable buffers.

Prepare and maintain files for receipts of issued and returned CPE by technicians and contractors. Track and research CPE through the use of the billing systems and other tools/methods. Provide accurate and timely reporting of CPE to all appropriate groups. (Finance, Field, Contracting Groups, Business Operations) Take initiative to identify, propose and implement CPE process improvements. Must be flexible with schedule and have the ability to travel when necessary. This position also requires the candidate to work cross-functionally in the Check-In Department. Person is responsible for performing all quality control methods for every technician and contractor work order. Ensure that all work orders are turned in from the previous day and utilize escalation procedures when applicable. Work assigned daily, weekly and monthly reports and input any changes or upgrades as authorized by customer at time of check-in. Audit all customer work orders for accuracy in product, billing and tasks performed

Generate customer credits as needed and must be able to partner with various departments to ensure work order accuracy. Must take initiative to identify, propose and implement Check-In process improvements. Must be flexible with schedule and willing to travel outside of general work location. Punctual and regular attendance is required for the CPE and Check in role. Candidate must be proficient with PC skills, including ACP, MS Office, Windows environment, and provisioning systems. Must have the ability to work independently and adapt to changing demands and multiple tasks while maintaining a professional attitude. Strong and effective communication skills are essential and the ability to communicate with all levels of staff. Other duties as assigned.
