Job Listing: Sales Call Center Rep( 25 Aug class)

RESPONSIBILITIES: Must be available to begin full-time training.

• Maximize inbound sales opportunities by selling products offered by Comcast to new and existing customers Position Duties:
• Maximize every sales call received by selling Comcast products and services to new and existing customers generating revenue.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of our various products and services to ensure an accurate description is provided to customers ensuring quality sales and retention.
• Generates revenues through the sale of video, data and telephony services by answering calls from potential/current customers and presenting product information in a persuasive manner.
• Respond to customer inquiries on our products (video, telephone, high-speed data and digital TV services, etc.) and transition these calls to a sales result. Identifies the customers need and maximizes the call to result in a sale.
• Offers products to customers with the goal of selling multiple products on each call
• Track sales results
• Ensures equitable and ethical calls with customers to maintain our Company image with all sales calls.
• While maximizing sales opportunities, ensure solid customer service for the customer at all times
• Handle large volume of incoming telephone calls, covering full range of customer services in a prompt and professional manner, obtaining all information for resolution of transaction
• Answer customer questions regarding billing and/or problems.
• Correct errors and discrepancies on customer billings as necessary.
• Prepare work orders for maintenance requests after determining if field visit is required and ensure appropriate follow-up procedures are met.
• Perform billing and posting of customer accounts.
• Input customer orders and data into CRT.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Sales Rep hours of operation are 7AM – 10 PM.

Required Skills

Preferred Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of all functions and related tasks in the area of customer service (face to face and phone).
• Witten, oral, interpersonal communication, and problem solving skills.
• 6-12 months Customer Service call center experience.
• Ability to work independently but also strong team orientation
• Previous sales experience

Must have punctual, regular, and consistent attendance
