Job Listing: Finance ERP Program Manager
General Purpose:
Drive the prioritization, business requirements, planning and project management execution across multiple business and IT projects, primarily ERP releases, for the global finance organization.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
*Finance organization workstream program and project manager for ERP releases (Application Basecamp project):
*Building and managing workstream project plans across finance organization globally: ensure deliverables and activities achieve quality, while meeting milestones and desired outcomes
*Provides "line of business" expertise in: process design & best practices, ERP implementation & management, use of common capabilities such as value stream and KPIs
*Own definition of functional area business requirements: data and data definitions, business rules, use cases, reports, invoices, etc.
*"Accountable" for design and delivery of documentation and training plan for workstream roles to drive effective user-adoption and productivity
*Champion Basecamp with a passion for results, both within workstream and cross-workstream among Flow sites globally
*Overall finance business and IT program and project management:
*Conduct project planning sessions with finance team users and IT staff to prioritize finance initiatives and projects, develop project plans for team assignments, resources and schedules.
*Monitor projects' and deliverables progress and report to project team, and all levels of Flow management and executive oversight team; including issues, risks, status and budget spend.
*Generate complete and accurate business process documentation, i.e. process flow charts and value stream analysis, SOX 404 controls, standard work instructions.
*Ensure comprehensive testing of all process and system components utilizing test scripts, regression testing, functional and/or user-acceptance testing scenarios.
*Design training materials and assist with classroom training.
*Maintain strong relations with internal customers to support system changes and early user adoption.
*Establishes communication framework and plan for the duration of the project. Determines meeting types, frequencies and participants.

Required Skills
*MUST have experience with ERP implementations
*Must have experience working with either Microsoft Dynamics or JD Edwards platforms.
*MUST have experience as a Project Manager working with software implementations.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
*Must be an analytical individual who questions why things are done and applies intelligence to resolve issues.
*Must be comfortable with ambiguity and fast change with an ability to adapt quickly and easily. Ability to analyze complex problems and move them to resolution
*Thorough understanding of accounting functions and terminology.
*Expert knowledge of ERP manufacturing and accounting software.
*Ability to work cross-functionally within project teams and a matrix management structure
*Proven experience in managing large, complex IT and business projects using common project management methodology (e.g. PMI)
*Familiarity with PC-based tools and databases
*Advanced level experience with Windows, Excel, Word, Power Point, MS-Project.
*Equipment Used: PC, telephone, copiers and other standard office equipment.
Interface: Extensive contact with associates at all levels.
Education and/or Training:
*Four year degree from accredited college or university in the field of accounting, computer science, information science, management information systems, or business administration.
*Must have 5-6 years experience with implementing/upgrading financial information systems, preferably in manufacturing.
*PMI/PMP certification or equivalent project management experience required
*Working knowledge of accounting processes. Knowledge of US GAAP preferred.
*Experience with Manufacturing ERP systems, preferred.

$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 Annual DOE
