''College degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent work experience.
"5-8 years experience in applications programming.
"Complete understanding and wide application experience of technical principles, theories and concepts in the field. General knowledge of other related disciplines.
"Detailed knowledge and proficiency of programming languages (COBOL).
"Previous experience on Stratus platform preferred
"Provide technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Solutions to be innovative, thorough, practical and consistent with organization objectives.
"Strong customer service focus.
"Ability to lead discussions with all levels of the organization and to provide balanced information of an idea or communication of an issue whether written or verbal.
"Familiarity with health care or PBM industry very helpful.
"Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate project deadlines.
"Strong mentoring skills.
"Demonstrated ability to prioritize work load and meet project deadlines.
"Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and applications.
"Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions.
"Has worked in a matrixed organization, or has solid team collaboration experience.
