Volt is currently screening candidates for the position of a team manager to work in a professional corporate office in a high-tech environment. The candidate in this position will be responsible for monitoring and enhancing the performance of the team in the areas of productivity, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and employee development, as well as enhance the goal of quality support by providing individual coaching feedback sessions and one-on-ones that focus on improving customer satisfaction, communication skills and technical ability.

Required Skills

" College and/or University diploma/degree or equivalent experience and/or skills required.
" Prior team management experience strongly preferred.
" Previous management or supervisory experience.
" Basic understanding or experience working with various accounting applications.
" A strong team player attitude.
" Demonstrated commitment to high level customer service and satisfaction.
" Hands-on experience with Windows Applications.
" Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive, constructive working relationships.
" Excellent verbal and written communication skills mandatory.
" Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills mandatory.
" Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
" Proven flexibility and adaptability to perform in a constantly changing environment.
