Job Listing: Financial Administrative Assistant
This IT client provides non-emergency information & tracking systems for government agencies and the public sector. They have an immediate opening for an administrative assistant. Candidate would be responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical support for the office.
Financial duties would include: verify invoices and purchase orders, process invoices, match invoices to PO, verify assignment codes and signatures, prepare invoices for data entry, pay invoices and maintain invoice log. Position includes daily work with designing and updating Excel spreadsheets, including, totaling, sorting & freezing portions.
Administrative duties include: answer calls, collect and distribute mail, prepare purchase orders, assist in review of business expense claims, schedule meetings, maintain office filing system and monitor office supplies for re-ordering.

Required Skills
Essential Requirements of Position:
Associate degree with 2 years of Accounts Payable & Receivable work experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excel & Word
Basic math and data entry skills
Good communication and time management skills
Ability to multi-task and be flexible
