Job Listing: Intellectual Property Secretary
Volt Services Group is working with a top 10 law firm located in downtown Minneapolis who has an excellent position open for a Top Level Legal Secretary to work with a leading partner in their Intellectual Property Division.
Ideal candidate will provide primarily Legal Secretary assistance with variations of paralegal assistance and due diligence work pertaining to 80% Patents and 20% Trademarks.
The position duties include managing an attorney's docket including:
> preparation of all documentation related to US and foreign patent prosecution;
> direct client contact, including preparation of client status reports and patent continuity charts.
> administrative tasks such as preparation of check requests, billing letters/resolution of billing issues, etc.
The ideal candidate will be able to adapt to rapidly changing priorities, be able to multi-task, delegate and track projects assigned to Intellectual Property team members.

Required Skills
Requirements:
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 3 solid years experience in patent prosecution, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and be detail-oriented.
