Job Listing: Construction Project Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Construction Project Coordinator for a well-known, reputable multidisciplinary firm in the Honolulu, Hawaii area. This company offers consulting, engineering, technology, and construction services.

Responsibilities:

- Timberline entry

- Catalog and maintain drawings, RFI’s, logs, submittals, subcontracts, insurance and transmittals

- Support the Project Managers’ schedules, project binders and filing systems

- Project close out

- Provide support, track and collect all billings to the clients

- Coordinate field office mobilization and de-mobilization


Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years relevant experience

- Minimum 2 years experience in federal construction management

- Experience working with Army QCS system and Navy RMS system for inputting submittals and daily QC and production reports
