Job Listing: Help Desk (Lakeland, FL)

One of Aerotek's clients has an opening for a Help Desk Rep in the Lakeland, FL. You must have an A+ Certification, customer service background and knowledge in Microsoft Office Suites/Win 95, 98 00, XP. Some Networking knowledge and Infrastructure knowledge is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:
Provide high quality support to client hardware and software application users across the client Enterprise. Range of support including, but is not limited to, PC desktop hardware, operating systems, networking, the office automation suite of functions installed on desktop PCs, and specific software applications associated with the client Business Units.

Must Have an A+ Certification

Shift
Second - flexible start/stop regular 8/hour shift which can begin as early as 1pm or as late as 4pm Monday - Friday.

Salary
$30k - $33k
