Job Listing: AIX Administrator

TEKsystems currently has an opening for a AIX Administrator at one of our large financial clients in Newark, DE. The position is a 3 month contract with the possibility to go longer.

Necessary Skills:

-AIX administration min 5 years
-Experience upgrading for AIX 5.2 to 5.3
-Building servers using NIM
-Applying maintenance releases
-EMC storage experience
-HMC version 7 experience preferred (version 6 required)
-TCP/IP networking skills
-VIO build knowledge or at least training
-Some blade HW knowledge
-Experience in firmware upgrades on Pseries servers


-GPFS clutter knowledge would be plus
-Scripting a plus
