Job Listing: Technical Support

Our client is looking to bring in two Technical Support I reps:

Technicians should be strong with Internet and network connectivity. Solid understanding of common network architecture is important: switches, routers, hubs, firewalls, WAN, LAN, wireless, anti-virus, DHCP, etc.

The majority of the troubleshooting has to do with browsers; technicians should possess a solid grasp of browser technologies, specifically in the direction of web applications.

Sensitivity to customer concerns (they'll be dealing with some inexperience end users); ability to prioritize and multi-task.

Experience with Mac OS a bonus.

Background checks on candidates.
