Job Listing: Contract Analyst



Our Client, a large pharmaceutical company in the Saint Louis area, is looking for a temporary Contract Analyst to assist them for the next 3-6 months with contract review and liability work project.

Job Duties
Audit contracts to identify guarantees and any other contingent liabilities
Summarizing findings on template for future department use
Work directly with the contingent liabilities staff and the Accounts director to review findings
Review contract database functionality


Qualified candidates:
5-10+ years of contract writing and review
Strong Liabilities background
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to create and review database reports
Healthcare, Insurance or Pharmaceutical background preferred

Details:
Salary: based on experience
Location: North County St. Louis area
Hours: 8a-5p M-F
Type: Contract through November (estimated)
