Clinical Research Recruiter

We are currently seeking a Clinical Research Direct Hire Recruiter to support our Aerotek Scientific and Clinical Recruiting team based in Raleigh NC office. This individual will be responsible for servicing clients in a broad spectrum of life science industries, including the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and clinical research organizations. The qualified candidate must have an entrepreneurial spirit and feel comfortable with both sales and recruitment activities.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the requisition fulfillment process such as sourcing, screening, presenting candidates, arranging interviews, and negotiating/presenting offers
- Consult with clients and candidates to determine needs and present appropriate service offerings
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals to create a strong candidate network and generate new business opportunities
- Conduct Internet research to become proficient in technical aspects of job requirements and identify new avenues for recruitment of specific skill sets
- Extensive use of active recruitment methodologies such as networking and cold calling

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2+ years proven success in corporate or third party recruitment and 1+ recruiting experience for life science industries.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written
- Strong computer skills to include experience working with applicant tracking systems
