Job Listing: Project Manager (Retail Architecture)

Aerotek Architecture and Engineering is seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager for an opening with a client in Oakland, California. This is a small-mid sized firm with projects specializing in commercial retail. They are seeking a Project Manager with 4+ years of experience in retail architecture for an immediate opening.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Project Manager will work on a studio team to interface with clients and create design development documents and construction documents. He/she will work with consulting engineers to coordinate documents and design requirements. The Project Manager will work on projects through the construction administration phase, occasionally working with contractors and providing RFI's. Projects will be focused on commercial retail. This Project Manager will also be using Photoshop to produce presentation drawings, so prior experience with Photoshop is required.

REQUIREMENTS:
A Bachelors of Architecture is a must. The Architectural Project Manager should have a minimum of 4 years of experience with an architectural firm (or four+ years of experience if the candidate has a four year degree). Project Managers must have experience with commercial retail projects. Residential is not equivalent.
