Job Listing: Construction Manager

The successful candidate must have prior site Construction Management experience in the Wireless Telecom Field. He or she must know and understand all aspects of a wireless site in regards to construction, Telecom equipment, safety, modifications, power, HVAC, grounding, etc.. This person will also need to manage and review detailed site surveys for accuracy and assurance this can be used to identify how the site can be built/modified for additional equipment both on the ground and tower. Must be able to manage client's subs/GC’s assigned to the builds and assure all requirements are met. Must create timeline and track details of site readiness and completion and update local management on issues,progress daily and weekly. Must have daily meeting either phone or person with GC’s to confirm status, issues, schedule. Must be able to express the site issues both in written form and verbally in meeting management and Customer management.
