Job Listing: Electrical Engineer

Our client, a manufacturer of power protection equipment, has an immediate need for an Electrical Engineer. This individual will be responsible for:
-Design and release custom-engineered models of STS's and UPS's.
-Create and maintain system configuration tools for configuring and releasing complex systems.
-Maintain engineering documentation control for production products.
-Maintain regulatory compliance processes for production products and new models.
-Sustain engineering support for production STS and UPS products.

Required Skills for Electrical Engineer Job:

  • MUST HAVE A BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING
  • MUST HAVE AT LEAST THREE YEARS OF ELECTRONICS EXPERIENCE
  • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH POWER ELECTRONICS OR SWITCHGEAR SYSTEMS
  • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH ELECTRICAL POWER DISTRIBUTION
  • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH POWER ELECTRONICS
  • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH MICROPROCESSOR CONTROLS
  • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH ANALOG AND DIGITAL CIRCUITRY DESIGN AND TROUBLESHOOTING
  • MUST BE FAMILIAR WITH COMPLEX ELECTROMECHANICAL SYSTEMS
  • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH AUTOCAD AND SCHEMATIC CAPTURE
  • MUST BE FAMILIAR WITH UL REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS
  • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH SYSTEM AND ELECTROMECHANICAL ENGINEERING RATHER THAN PCB LEVEL OR SWITCHING POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT DESIGN
