Job Listing: Customer Relations Manager

Our client, a leader in the insurance industry, is seeking a qualified customer relations manager to oversee the claim, customer service and subscriber enrollment departments.

This customer relations manager will be responsible for ensuring adequate staffing, inventory management, timeliness and the accuracy of measurements. The customer relations manager will be involved in daily inventory management, training and development of staff, supervision of staff and recruiting. The customer relations manager will also provide customer service, prepare the operating budget and conduct presentations to prospective and existing clients.

To be qualified for this position, customer relations managers will have at least 5 years experience working in the insurance industry, preferably in customer service or claims processing. Customer relations managers will also have at least 3 years managing multiple job functions in a customer relations, customer service or claims processing environment. A Bachelors Degree is preferred but not required for the customer relations manager.
