Job Listing: Benefits Analyst

Our client, located in Broward County has an excellent opportunity for a Benefits Analyst. This position requires experience in all aspects of health and welfare programs. This includes LTD, 401(k), and Employee Stock Purchase Programs. Must have strong knowledge of ERISA, FMLA, ADA, OSHA, Worker's Compensation, HIPAA, and FSA Accounts.

Required Skills for Benefits Analyst Job:

  • MUST HAVE AT LEAST 5 YEAR'S PRIOR EXPERIENCE AS A BENEFITS ANALYST
  • CEBS OR CBP CERTIFICATION IS PREFERRED
  • MUST HAVE EXCELLENT EXCEL AND WORD SKILLS
  • BACHELOR DEGREE IN HUMAN RESOURCES OR RELATED FIELD IS PREFERRED
  • MUST BE FAMILIAR WITH HRIS PROGRAMS
