Job Listing: Software Administration

This company, who is a industry leader in the semi-conductor industry, is currently looking for a Tools Engineer/ Software Administrator to join their team.


They will perform the following responsibilities:

- Introduce, develop, administer, and maintain tools mainly required for software development.

- Adapt tools to the specific requirements of the software development process.

- Administration and maintaining of the IT infrastructure and environment required in everyday development process.

- Supervising and controlling the compliance of development procedures and constraints.

- Cooperate closely with the software development and test team.

- Creating and maintaining customer software releases.

- Defining and maintaining tool and procedure manuals.


***The ideal fit for this position will have at least 5 years experience***

Required Skills for Software Administration Job:

  • SOFTWARE ADMINISTRATION EXPERIENCE OF VERSIONING SYSTEMS
  • GNU MAKE
  • CLEARCASE
  • WORKING EXPERIENCE AS A TOOLS ENGINEER AND OR INTEGRATOR
  • DEGREE IN SOFTWARE ENGINEERING OR COMPUTER INFORMATION SYSTEMS
  • TCL/TK PYTHON PERL OR JAVASCRIPT SCRIPTING EXPERIENCE
