Job Listing: Estimator

Our client is a commercial construction group specializing in concrete construction, landscape installation & maintenance and electrical work. They are currently in need of an Estimator to work part time (20 - 32 hours/week) estimating structural concrete. Typical project sizes range from 1,000,000 ¿ 10,000,000. Qualified candidates should have 10+ years estimating concrete and should be capable of performing the following responsibilities:
- Identifying projects to bid
- Evaluating project scope of work
- Determining subcontractor requirements
- Clarifying bid documents via RFI's
- Procuring material quotes
- Coordinating bid delivery
- Evaluating market conditions and competition on each estimate

    Salary and Benefits

    Rate: $65,000 to $95,000 per Year
