Job Listing: NOC Technician

Our client in Southlake, TX is looking for a Voice NOC Technician to join their rapidly growing team.

Job Description:
-Monitor Voice and Data Network elements remotely from the NOC facility in Southlake. Troubleshoot network issues and escalate as needed.

Skills Needed:
-Previous telecommunications experience within NOC environment.
-Experience with Nortel, Lucent, Cisco equipment (2+ years), experience with trouble ticketing systems.
-Knowledge of switches/routers
-Candidate must have the ability to multi-task within a very fast paced environment.
-Excellent typing skills.

Additional Job Information:
-Candidate must be able to work any shift within a 24x7x365 environment.
-Former military is a huge plus

-Cisco, Remedy, Lucent, Nortel
