- Energetic, very organized Project Manager or Clinical Analyst for Clinical Application Project Team.
- Will be responsible for coordinating nationally visible projects, interacting with clients, insuring clinical quality of product, training, as well as writing proposal responses for new opportunities.
- Use healthcare domain expertise to document new requirements, enhance existing products, & create new product prototypes.
- Requires complex analysis, interpretation, documentation, & synthesis of information as well as analysis of product functionality.
- Work closely with engineers, sales team, clients.
- Review large data sets, technical writing and conduct data validation. Candidate
- Should have HL7 (Health Level 7) Clinical Data Standards experience - HL7 and its members provide a framework (and related standards) for the exchange, integration, sharing and retrieval of electronic health information. The standards, which support clinical practice and the management, delivery, and evaluation of health services, are the most commonly used in the world.
- The candidate will work as part of a team but will need to be able to work independently as well – most be confident and self motivated as this is a small company and they don’t have time to hand hold
- There will be peer and client interaction so the candidate must be comfortable dealing with multiple people of all levels
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in health related field, i.e.,BS in Nrsg, Bio, Public Health, Microbio;
- Exp. in HC Informatics or IT preferred.
- Exc. oral/written skills, incl Power Point. Req sharp problem solving & critical thinking skills, ability to interpret & draw inferences from multiple complex data sources, & recognize discrepancies in data/functionality.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities & multiple projects.
