Job Listing: Application Developer

• Performing analysis and design on application usability enhancements and producing documents for enhancement of user experience and productivity.
• Perform analysis and design for several projects spanning Production / RegAugust Major / Ethernet projects and Advanced Data/Voice / Oct Major / Jan Major. including CPA / Ethernet projects and Advanced Data/Voice.
• Develop prototypes and provide demos of new enhancements
• Analyze project documentation and existing system documentation to develop screen mock ups, detailed system flows, scenario flows, approach documents.
• Collaborate with system architect and development leads to review and implement software changes necessary to meet the requirements requested.

Required Skills

• About 10 years of Professional Experience in IT performing various tasks including Business Analysis, software architecture and application design.
• Experienced with working on projects with tight schedules and meeting deadlines.
• Strong background in working with the client to develop high-level functional Requirements, and develop application design to improve customer experience.
• Experience in design and development of n-tier web applications.
• Experience and knowledge in Business Integration Suite, J2EE, Web Services, EJB, and XML.
• Experience and knowledge with PLSQL, Java, Web Services, XML, Oracle, C++, post script, PHP and html.
• Experience with Object-oriented design and development.
• Experience with Relational and object oriented databases and database driven application frameworks.
• Experience in Middleware and enterprise application design and development in J2EE platform.
