You will be responsible for developing and maintaining quality relationships with local and national candidates of various backgrounds with emphasis on Accounting, Finance, Clerical, Admin, and Legal. The most important attributes we are looking for is entrepreneurial spirit and tremendous work ethic. You will recruit, interview, reference check and screen potential candidates. You will play a key part in generating leads and following up on them. You will work with candidates through the entire hiring process (from the initial call to presenting and negotiating offers) You will maintain and build a candidate database by networking and generating referrals and utilizing the many Internet sites available to you.

You will be asked to meet goals in a fast paced and exciting environment. You will use creative cold calling techniques to source key talent. You will bring top candidates to the company through professionalism and integrity.
