Job Listing: Experienced IT & Engineering Recruiting Specialist

Palmiter Recruiting is looking for multiple IT & Engineering Recruiting Professionals to join our team. You must be competent in all aspects of the recruiting process. A heavy emphasis is placed on experience with recruiting in both the IT and Engineering fields. You will partner with our sales staff and manage candidate relationships. You should be well versed in sourcing IT talent, screening, interviewing and negotiating offers. You will be allowed to work from home and at the office in Plymouth.

Required Skills

2-4 years of experience in IT and/or Engineering Recruiting
Excellent Communication Skills & Organizational Skills
The ability to manage several requirements (20 – 25) on any given day.
Expert level skills sourcing candidates.
Experience working in a very fast-paced group.
Ability to work independently.
Willing to engage in proactive pipeline building and pipeline maintenance acivities.
Desire to be a team player possessing honesty and integrity.
