Job Listing: Architectural CAD Technician

Nationwide, multidisciplinary team of Architects, Engineers and Planners based in Atlanta with offices across the U.S. is seeking an Architectural CAD Technician to join our Itasca, IL office location to work on commercial, government, higher education, and healthcare client projects.

Candidates should have either a CAD certification or 2-year degree in CAD technology or related major and have the working experience/knowledge of:

- Development of detailed designs from scheme design approvals.
- Preparation of applications for approval under building acts and/or regulations and other statutory requirements.
- Development of scheme designs from outline approval proposals.
- Consultation with Planning, Building Control, Fire, Environment and Licensing Authorities and Statutory Undertakers.
- Preparation of applications for Outline or Full Planning Permission
- Preparation of production information drawings.
- Ideally experience working on site specific packages.
