Job Listing: Aerospace Manufacturing Engineer

Our client, in the Philadelphia area, is currently seeking an experienced aerospace manufacturing engineer.

Responsibilities for the position:
- Study performance and problems in existing tools, equipment and methods and recommend improvements through redesign or modification
- Analyzes process flows and devise ways to reduce the cycle times.
- Provides inspection activity for product throughout production cycle via Job Traveler.
- Ability to read and knowledge of blueprints, specs, customer clauses, DFAR, Mil-Spec, DOD, FAA, FAR, and DAR regulations
- Use Lean concepts to drive permanent improvement
- Making layouts and detail drawings of assigned equipment

Required Skills:
-BSME/BSEE OR MS Manufacturing Systems.
-5 years minimum experience in an aerospace environment.
-Strong lean manufacturing background.
