Job Listing: Ops Agent
Volt Services Group is currently recruiting for an Ops Agent to work for a Logistics company in Eagan. This person will:
*Ensure shipments are being routed consistent with service requirements.
*Ensure PM agents are handling all inquiries, traces and pickups according to company policy throughout the shift.
*Ensure Pickup board is monitored properly by Dispatcher throughout the shift.
*Ensure the turnover is done properly
*Work closely with local cartage agent and carriers in order to maintain good service.
*Maintains good routing, consolidations and seeks spot rates from carriers when ever possible.
*Ensures airlines bills, trailer load sheets, labels and manifest are processed accurately.

Required Skills
* At least one year in the Trucking Industry.
* Freight Forwarding experience.
* Air Freight experience.
* Available to work 9:00 - 5:30 PM for Training and 10:00 - 7:00 PM for job.
