Job Listing: Technical Support Agents($15.00 an hour)

Apple Computer Corporation is opening a 1000 + seat call center in Addison Texas for the holiday season and is aggressively seeking high energy, technology driven Customer Support Professionals.

Call Center Representative Duties:

Analyze customer's problem and drive to call resolution.
Diagnose and provide a path to resolving inquiries related to all aspects of Apple's iPhone device, including hardware, software, networking and interactions with the host computer OS and applications.
Accurately log all interactions in the customer relationship management system.
Achieve call center metrics including average handle time, schedule adherence and accuracy.
Recognize and adjust approach to all levels of customer's experience.
Educate customers on support option and the steps being taken to resolve their issue(s).
Communicate positively with team members, customer and other partners.

Required Skills

At least 1-2 years of Call Center Experience.

High School Diploma or equivalent and experience in a customer service role, that requires the following:
o Excellent Customer Service skills
o Strong written, verbal and organizational skills
o Passion for Customer Care
o Use of computer technology
Experience with a personal computer and other devices, such as an iPod, smart cell phone, PDAs, etc.
Experience troubleshooting technical problems with personal computers, cellular and other devices.
Experience with OS X and/or MS Windows 2000/XP/Vista.
