Job Listing: H.R. MANAGER
Volt is currently seeking a candidate for the position of Human Resources Manager. The successful candidate will provide Human Resources support and direction to supervisors and employees with the purpose of supporting the business initiatives and creating a positive work environment. Assists with New Employee Orientations and Management Training. Maintains a current awareness and knowledge of compliance requirements and ensures compliance with all FCC, EEO and other government legal and corporate requirements. Advises supervisors and managers on application of policy and appropriate resolution of employee relations issues. Conducts employee recruitment responsibilities to include screening resumes, phone screening, and face to face interviews.

Required Skills
Bachelor's Degree in a Business preferred. 2-3 years of Human Resources experience and knowledge to include employee relations, compensation, employment law, and staffing. Strong management skills including proven ability to work well with management at all levels. Experience in conducting investigations to resolution. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Must have excellent attention to detail and be very analytical. Ability to manage multiple projects and set priorities.
