QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
· Professional certification(s) as a CPA, CIA, CISA or a related certification. Desire for continuous professional development is a strong asset.
· A minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in audit - - ideally a mix of both external and internal audit (industry and public accounting).
· Unquestionable integrity, objectivity and independence.
· Strong system skills.
· Ability to travel!

Interview Process and Contacts:
The first interview will be a phone interview conducted by the Internal Audit Manager, who is the hiring authority for the position and also the Accounting Manager’s direct report. The next interview with be held in house and conducted by various department heads (i.e. VPs, Directors, etc…). Upon completion of the interviews, feedback will be aggregated and a decision rendered on whether to or what offer should be extended.
