Required Skills

The Accounting Manager must have the following skills and educational background:
" Extensive understanding of international accounting issues in a manufacturing environment, including inventory and closing.
" Served in a managerial accounting position, supervising at least 5 employees, with a manufacturer or in public accounting at a large firm.
" Bachelors Degree in Accounting and CPA are required. An Advanced degree is preferred.
" Be able to interact with Accounting/Finance department heads on a daily basis.

Regarding benefits, the Company will pay a bonus each year for on position along with initial relocation for the Accounting Manager. The first interview will be a phone interview conducted by the Assistant Controller, who is the hiring authority for the position and also the Accounting Manager's direct report. The next interview with be held in house and conducted by various department heads (i.e. VPs, Directors, etc…). Upon completion of the interviews, feedback will be aggregated and a decision rendered on whether to or what offer should be extended.
