Volt is looking for Inside Sales Associates to work for a major computer product manufacturer. Inside Sales Associates are a front line point of contact for customers contemplating the purchase of desktop or notebook computers and other consumer electronic products in a telesales environment. Responsibility includes building brand loyalty and increasing sales through effective and efficient use of sales processes. This is a quota and sales driven environment. Utilizing cross-selling and up-selling techniques to sell consumer products via the telephone. Fast-paced, high energy, dynamic, aggressive and competitive environment.

Required Skills

Must have previous sales experience, preferably in a call center environment. A degree in marketing, sales or similar is a plus. Excellent verbal and written skills; Excellent organizational skills; Detail oriented; Highly confident and professionally assertive individual that can instill confidence in customers; Expertise in closing sales over the phone; Ability to multi-task (conduct a sales call while using a PC or other sales tool); Excellent listening skills; Quick thinking; Thrives in a telesales environment; Team player; Proven track record of overachievement of sales goals. Must be available to work any shift within the core hours of: 7 days per week, 7:00am to 11:00pm. Candidates must be able to pass a drug and background screen prior to start date.
