Our client has an opening for a qualified Helpdesk Analyst providing technical support of customer CRM system issues. You will field and resolve incoming technical issues with CRM systems/software. This is a Direct Placement opportunity that offers a family type of atmosphere, flexible scheduling and a great location.
So, what type of experience is required for this opportunity?
- 2 to 4 years hands-on expertise with CRM systems or ERP Help desk software .
- Knowledge and experience to analyze technical support issues, test system issues and support multiple community user-based (Business Partners and external customers).
- Experience with MS SQL 2000/2005 a plus
- Working knowledge of Windows 2000/2003 Servers, MS SQL
- Candidates who enjoy helping customers resolve technical problems, learning new technology, and who can operate in a fast paced environment will be the best fit.
So, what are the day to day duties for this opportunity?
Field and own incoming technical issues from customers. Maintain a personal queue of ongoing customer issues until resolution. Interface with members of an escalation team and with R&D resources to bring escalated issues to resolution. Document all customer/case details in support case tracking system. Create solutions from resolved issues for future use by customers and internal personnel. Act as a customer advocate.
Other: Strong knowledge of either Enterprise Software Packages (ERP) or Customer Relationship Management Systems. Database experience should include some knowledge of security, database query. Must have good communication both written and oral.
