Job Listing: C&A Security Specialist

TEKsystems is searching for qualified Security Specialists (C&A) for a client in the Kansas City, MO area.

Job Duties:
Provide specific subject matter knowledge regarding Certification & Accreditation process and execution.
Develop and update certification and accreditation documentation.
Assess major application and general support system security compliance based on NIST guidance and Department/Agency Policy.
Coordinate and compile application security related documentation for various programs.
Participate in security working groups and meetings, and assess security needs.

Qualifications:
One (1) year or more with Information Security/Assurance
Specific education or experience with Certification & Accreditation / FISMA
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent analytical skills
Two (2) or more years experience in Federal government or large organization IT environment

Preferred:
Certifications: CISSP, CAP or CISA
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or an IT-related field
Three (3) + years in IT Security or Information Assurance

Notes:
6 month right-to-hire
40 hours a week - Full Time Employment
