Job Listing: Oracle Database Developer - Geospatial

TEKsystems has partnered with a local defense contractor to offer an Oracle Database Development position.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience designing and managing Oracle databases. At least two years of experience working with Oracle Spatial or similar geospatial data database implementations. Advanced skills in database design and tuning, as well as stored procedure development.

Desired skills:

Experience migrating systems from Sybase and/or Microsoft SQL Server to Oracle, implementation of ESRI's ArcSDE in Oracle, and familiarity with aeronautical data.

Education:

B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
