Job Listing: Fighter Jet Aircraft Mechanic

Our Client located in KEY WEST, FL is looking for aircraft mechanics that will be supporting the VFC-111 at NAS Key West, Florida.

FIGHTER EXPERIENCE PREFERRED! SUPPORTING THE NAVY.

CURRENT OPENINGS:
*Airframe mechanic

RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Mechanics will perform maintenance on F-5N/F "Freedom Fighter"
*Must have experience working on Military Fighters
*Need to have experience with fighter aircraft like F-5, F-15, F-16, F-18
*Must be familiar with the COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2 series instructions
*Must be capable of performing responsibilities of a LEAD position
*Duties as a Collateral Duty Quality Assurance Representative (CDQAR)
*or Collateral Duty Inspector (CDI) as directed by management.
*Must be capable of providing training records

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
*Minimum of 3 years within the last 8 years practical experience
*The last 2 years must have been as a licensed A&P
*or In the military (E-5 or above)

PAY BREAKDOWN:
*$22.69/hr
*$3.24/hr up to 40 hours paid of fringe benefits
*$300/week per diem

SHIFT:
*Monday-Friday- 6:30 AM-2 PM or 2:00 PM-10:30 PM (must be flexible).
*Occasional Saturday/Sundays upon request.
