Job Listing: GIS/.NET Developer

Teksystems is looking for a GIS Developer with C# or VB.net development experience for a one year contract position in Orlando, Florida.

Designs and programs Enterprise GIS web and desktop applications in a team environment. Troubleshoots system problems related to functioning of mapping applications.

Generates new solutions from emerging software/GIS technologies; keeps current in and recommends new spatial, data processing and data presentation technologies for IMS/GIS Staff.

Design and integrate GIS components into larger, web-based information management systems. Advises team members in the use and best practices of GIS Application development.

We are looking for a candidate with at least five years of .Net and GIS development experience. The candidate must have experience with ARC Objects and ARC GIS Server.
