Job Listing: Composite Design Engineer

Our client, a leader in high performance materials and customized components is currently seeking 3 Mechanical Design Engineer for their Lansdale, PA area location.


JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Design all aspects of the airplane (seals, panels, doors, etc...)

- Design utilizing SolidWorks, AutoCAD 3D, COSMOS, or Abaqus

- Heavy design experience with experience in non-metals, rubbers, and plastics

- Provide technical input into composite design or Aerospace design

- Work on projects from start through completion


Position: Mechanical Design Engineer
Location: Lansdale, PA
Pay: Based on experience


REQUIREMENTS:

- Self starter who possesses the ability to manage several projects at any given time

- Design experience utilizing 3-D package (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, COSMOS, or Abaqus)

- Minimum 5 years experience in heavy design preferably experience in Aerospace or Composites

- Strong communication skills are needed to interface with customers while finding solutions for the differentiated high 1 piece products

- Bachelor's Degree required (Mechanical or Aerospace)

- Relocation assistance will be offered for the right candidate
