Our client, a major financial company located in the Norcross area of Atlanta, is currently looking for a Customer Relationship Manager for a six month contract to permanent opportunity. Candidates must have experience with SQL (scripting or querying). There will be 10-20% travel to client sites.
The Customer Relationship Manager is the primary point of contact between the client and the company once the implementation of the product is completed. The goal is to deliver superior customer support of our client's Enterprise Payments products and services through frequent communication with the client, 1st and 2nd level problem investigation, expedient processing of requests for services, tracking incident reports, generating additional revenue opportunities, following up on deliverables, monitoring and reporting on service levels and conducting customer surveys.
*Serves as the primary client contact addressing support issues, communicating issue and change request status, managing client expectations, and maintaining a positive relationship with the clients.
*Performs 1st and 2nd level problem solving which includes incident analysis, information gathering, environmental incident assessment, reproduction of incidents, release delivery, documentation of problem analysis and testing incident resolutions.
*Assists with technical issues and questions that arise from use of the software; troubleshoots, trains and demonstrates software for client.
*Manages Support Margins, Customer satisfaction and service levels as defined in the Support Contracts. Owns overall responsibility for support issue resolution and escalates issues when required.
*Understands payments workflows and client's use of the products. Helps client achieve full utilization of software applications in the most effective manner for client¿s processes and practices. Gathers requirements for changes when necessary.
*Maintains relationships at multiple levels within client's organization.
*Trains and guides Technical Support Analysts and trainees with troubleshooting and problem solving activities.
*Excellent Customer Support skills and a basic understanding of the technical issues relating to software implementation and troubleshooting.
