Job Listing: Director-Equipment & Process Development

Aerotek has an immediate opening for a Director for a firm outside the Knoxville TN area. The Director will oversee the Equipment and Process Development Business Unit for our client.

Education: Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Ceramics Engineering or Nuclear Engineering.

Registered Professional Engineer is preferred with 10+ years experience.
DOE Q Clearance is preferred.

Responsibilities include:
-Management of overall Business Unit activities including technical program execution, revenue and profit management, customer relationship development and staff supervision.
-Design of equipment for and development of Microwave Metal Melting Technology for company.
-Acquiring and performing customer contract work
-Commercialization of Microwave Metal Melt Technology and application to resolving other customer issues.
-Diversification of existing customer work to other government agencies.
-Managing business partnerships with key subcontractors involved in development of technology and with manufacturing of devices.
