Job Listing: Process Engineer

Provide direct support of manufacturing process with technical responsibility for the following areas:

*Composite tool/part fabrication and assemble
*CNC Controls/Programming and Project Management
*Accountable for composite product design
*Ply development, tool fabrication
*First article development
*Configuration changes that involve cost estimation
*Schedule coordination
*Process/project implementation
*Analyze root cause of problems; implement solutions, and follow up to assure corrective action
* Prepare statement -of-work and define level of effort for various disciplines
*Ensuring product, process, and tools are in line quality assurance policies
*Monitor product, process and tool with past discrepancies through root cause analysis
*Provide continuous process improvement, statistical process control (SPC) and engineering process changes


The position requires as B/S degree in engineering, plus 2 to 7 years of Aerospace manufacturing engineering work experience and/or training required. Experience and/or education that involve the manufacture of composite material, composite tooling, project management and CNC controls/Programming is desired.
