Job Listing: Relief Pharmacist

A large pharmaceutical company has frequent openings throughout California for certified pharmacists.

We are looking for licensed pharmacists in the state of CA at all levels of experience to work for a major retail pharmacy chain. The individual will act as a “relief pharmacist “in covering various shifts at different store locations of choice.

Job Duties include:

- Conduct patient consultations and respond to patient questions
- Assist patients with OTC product selection
- Be available to check in central fill
- Answer regular and doctor phone lines in a courteous manner using appropriate store greeting
- Accept new oral prescriptions from doctors and nurses
- Fill Prescriptions including but not limited to schedule II

In addition, Store-specific duties and responsibilities may be communicated at the Store location. The Temporary Pharmacist shall be expected to perform any of the general or Store-specific duties and responsibilities as necessary during the Engagement.
