Job Listing: Director of Engineering

Aerotek has an immediate need for a Director of Engineering position with a small Satellite Communication Company.

Responsibilities:
-"Hands On" Director of Engineering who will be responsible for managing the maintenance and development modems for the satellite data radio communication. Mainly SW development but also HW integration.

Qualifications:
-B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering(MS, MBA desired)
-Industry experience in one or more of the following is required: satellites, heavy equipment, marine markets, transportation
a.exp w/ power supplies is a plus
b.exp in RF Engineering or wireless systems is a plus
-Project Management and Client Interaction is a plus.
-Strong recent exp of programming in C is required.
