Internal Auditor Job Description:

An outstanding opportunity currently exists for a talented accounting and finance professional to join a growing audit team. This position will have exposure to upper level management and as such will create future opportunities. This position will be responsible for testing internal controls, financial and compliance audit as well as evaluating strategic processes. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years exp, exposure to internal controls and could be in public accounting or a current internal audit group.

Required Skills for Internal Auditor Job:

· Familiarity and exposure to all levels of SOX, especially implementation
· Excellent organizational, motivational, communication, and interpersonal skills
· Knowledge in Microsoft Office, or a comparable software program, is required.

Education & Work Experience:
· Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Accounting from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience
· Minimum three years experience in an Audit position required.
CPA/ public accounting background is preferred.
