Job Listing: Production Engineer 6-month contract

The Lexington, KY Aerotek office is currently seeking a Production/Industrial Engineer for a client here in Lexington, KY. The position is a 6-month contract and will be on 1st shift.

Day to day functions include working with other Engineers and operations workers for the installation and start-up of a new assembly line and process improvements.

-Time Studies
-Standard Work Documentation
-Process Improvement and CAD Lay-Outs.
-Fixture Improvements
-Process Flow Documentation and Improvement
-Bay 11 – Organize Extension Boom Assembly
-Associates/Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering/Technology or related field (Preferred, but not required).
